Limar Buys Office Building: In a deal it valued at more than $15 million, Limar Realty Group of Burlingame said it has bought a 304,000-square-foot building on almost 27 acres at 25725 Jeronimo Road in Mission Viejo.
More than 1,100 people now work in the office building, which is leased to computer systems maker Unisys Corp., said Tom Numainville, senior vice president of Limar Realty Group. The property, he said, was purchased as an investment. He would not reveal the identity of the seller.
“This sale shows there is more confidence in the investment marketplace in Orange County,” said Brian Corrigan, the Voit Commercial broker in Anaheim who handled the transaction.
