Pasadena-based Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. said its CRSS Constructors Inc. unit won a $35-million contract from the Port of Los Angeles to provide construction management support to Worldport LA on its Pier 300/400 Dredging and Landfill, Phase I project. . . . Avery Dennison Corp. in Pasadena announced that it expects first-quarter earnings in the 55- to 58-cents-a-share range, compared to last year’s first-quarter earnings of 45 cents per share. . . . Oyster Bay, N.Y.-based Acclaim Entertainment Inc. said it has agreed to acquire Lazer-Tron Corp., a Pleasanton, Calif.-based maker of coin-operated arcade games, in a stock transaction valued at about $30 million.
