Reuters to Supply NBC With News, Financial Data: The international news service agreed to supply the television network with material it can use in its programming worldwide, the companies announced. Terms of the pact were not disclosed. Under the 10-year contract, NBC will be able to use Reuters information from around the world on all of its existing and future program services. They include NBC News, the cable network CNBC and its Asian counterpart, the NBC Super Channel in Europe, the Spanish-language news service Canal de Noticias NBC and the NBC News Channel for NBC network affiliates. NBC, a subsidiary of Fairfield, Conn.-based General Electric Co., has subscribed to various services of London-based Reuters Ltd.
