PacifiCare Health Systems Inc.: The Cypress firm was named America’s fourth most-admired health care company by Fortune magazine’s Corporate Reputations Survey, down from its No. 2 ranking last year. From all industry groups surveyed, however, PacifiCare ranked 59th out of 395 companies, up from 74th in 1994. FHP International in Fountain Valley ranked sixth of the 10 health-care companies listed, unchanged from a year ago.
