Touring Chefs: The owner and the executive chef of Antonello Ristorante are taking their cuisine on the road this month.

Antonio Cagnolo, owner of the Santa Ana restaurant, and Franco Barone, executive chef, will be special guest chefs at the Intercontinental Hotel in Mexico City on Wednesday and March 30.

Each year one chef from the United States is invited to participate as a guest in Mexico City’s Annual Culinary Extravaganza.
