CoCensys Inc.: The drug development company lost $26.6 million, or $2.33 a share, last year, compared with a loss of $10.3 million, or $1.16 a share, for the previous year. Last year’s results included one-time charges totaling $14.9 million related to the acquisition of Acea Pharmaceuticals Inc. Annual revenue was $7.4 million. It was a start-up company in 1993 and didn’t record any revenue that year. For the fourth quarter, the company posted a loss of $1.8 million, or 13 cents a share, an improvement over a loss of $2.9 million, or 32 cents a share, for the last three months of 1993. Quarterly revenue was $5.8 million.
