Kadison, Eisen and White Join TCW as New Executives

Brian M. Kadison has joined the TCW Group as managing director of operations. At the same time, Jack M. Eisen and William K. White have joined TCW as senior vice presidents of human resources, and debt and royalty, respectively. Prior to joining Los Angeles-based TCW, Kadison served for 12 years with Arthur Andersen & Co., with the last six years as partner-in-charge of business consulting for Southern California. Eisen worked for Bank of America for 10 years prior to joining TCW, most recently as vice president and human resources manager for the capital markets group. White previously served as a principal at the Odessa Associates, a sole proprietorship offering financial advisory services to the petroleum industry. The TCW Group includes Trust Company of the West, TCW Asset Management Co. and TCW Funds Management Inc.

International Rectifier Corp. announced the formation of an Office of the Chairman, consisting of Chairman Eric Lidow and his sons, Derek and Alexander Lidow who were also named co-chief executives of the El Segundo-based firm. Eric Lidow, who is 81 and founder of the specialty semiconductor maker, will retain responsibility for strategic relationships and capital formation. Alexander Lidow, 41, will continue to oversee operations and technology development, while Derek Lidow, 39, will manage strategic planning, sales and marketing. Alexander and Derek have worked for the company since 1977.

Lisa Pamintuan has been appointed a vice president of Catco Inc., New York. Pamintuan, 26, will be responsible for establishing new retail marketing programs for the expansion of Catco products, primarily toys and candy. She will be based in the firm’s West Coast offices in Burbank and Marina del Rey.
