Fluor Shareholders to Convene: Chairman Les McCraw’s speech at the Fluor Corp. annual meeting Tuesday could hardly be anything but upbeat. The Irvine-based engineering and construction giant is coming off a year in which its earnings and revenue were at all-time highs, and it recently led Forbes magazine’s list of most admired engineering companies. McCraw has credited an aggressive expansion overseas and a corporate restructuring at home for the strong performance.
