Fire in China Kills 28

BEIJING —
A fire at a hotel in northeast China killed 28 people and injured about a dozen, officials said Tuesday.
The fire broke out Monday in Anshan in Liaoning province. The top floor of the building was a hotel, and the lower floors housed a department store, an official said.
