Regency Health Services Ends Merger Talks

TUSTIN — Regency Health Services Inc., an operator of specialty health-care facilities, said Friday that it has ended its previously disclosed talks with another company about a possible business combination, saying the proposal would not serve its shareholders’ best interests. The name of the other company was not disclosed.
