Diceon Electronics Inc.: The maker of computer circuit boards, which had become insolvent in late 1993, said Monday that it has changed its name to Elexsys International Inc. and has rejoined the Nasdaq market system after a 15-month hiatus.

The stock closed Monday, its first day back on Nasdaq, at $5.1875 a share.

The company was delisted in December, 1993, because it had a negative net worth, which meant its debts were larger than its assets. But the company picked up $10 million in an offering last year and now maintains a positive net worth of $6.3 million.

In a corporate downsizing in October, the company laid off 125 employees, including 45 in Orange County. Several top executives, including the company’s president, Peter Jonas, resigned. The company’s chairman, Milan Mandaric, took over as president as well.
