DOWNTOWN : Red Cross Plans Blood Donor Day
Volunteers can donate blood during “Blood Donor Day” from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Omni Hotel Centre, 900 Wilshire Blvd. on March 31.
The staff of the American Red Cross bloodmobile will take blood from volunteers. Donors must be 17 years or older, weigh at least 110 pounds and not at risk for HIV or AIDS. The event was organized by the Los Angeles Rotary Club.
