Wes Richards has been named president of Kelly Micro Systems in Irvine, a MicroAge Inc. company. He remains corporate vice president of development at MicroAge. He succeeds Rick Scherle, who will remain on the executive staff at Kelly and assume additional responsibilities for MicroAge. MicroAge, a Tempe, Ariz., computer products distributor, purchased Kelly last year.
