ICU Medical Inc.: The San Clemente medical products company said Wednesday that it has entered into a multiyear agreement with Abbott Laboratories Inc. Under the agreement, ICU will provide technology and products, and Abbott will provide sales, marketing and access to its distribution network. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
