Cerplex Group Inc.: The Tustin electronic repair company reported net income of $830,000, or 6 cents a share, for the first quarter, a 55% decline from the profit of $1.9 million, or 16 cents a share, for last year’s first quarter. Sales rose 40% to $39.5 million for the quarter from $28.3 million. The company attributed the decrease to a drop in business from International Business Machines Corp.
