FileNet Corp.: The Costa Mesa document-imaging and work-flow management software company posted net income for its fiscal first quarter of $4 million, or 33 cents a share, up 67% from the $2.4 million, or 20 cents a share, for the first three months last year. Revenue for the quarter ended April 2 rose 20% to $46.6 million from $38.8 million.
