GARDEN GROVE : Masons to Honor 18 Student Achievers

Local Masons will honor 18 students for their outstanding work in the classroom during an awards ceremony Tuesday.

Members of Mason’s Lodge No. 505 will recognize two students from each of the district’s nine intermediate schools as part of the lodge’s observance of Public School Week, said spokesman Alan Trudell, a Garden Grove Unified School District spokesman.

The ceremonies will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. at the lodge headquarters, 11270 Acacia Parkway, Trudell said.
