Dense-Pac Microsystems Inc.: The Garden Grove manufacturer of computer chip stacking technologies said it took a net loss of $2.7 million, or 19 cents a share, for the fiscal year ended Feb. 28. The loss included a onetime write-off of $1.7 million from discontinued product lines and reduced valuation of certain fixed assets associated with the lines. For its previous fiscal year, it earned $1 million, or 7 cents a share. Annual revenue rose 3% to $11.5 million from $11.2 million. For the fourth quarter, the company recorded a net loss of $1.8 million, or 13 cents a share, contrasted with a profit of $307,000, or 2 cents a share, for last year’s final three months. Quarterly revenue was flat at $3.2 million.
