BRIEFLY : Charity: Benefit Dinner to Honor Keck Foundation

The W. M. Keck Foundation will receive an award from St. John’s Hospital and Health Center Foundation on Saturday for its charitable contributions.

The charity organization, founded 41 years ago by William Myron Keck Sr., will receive the Caritas Award at a benefit dinner at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel.

The grant enables St. John’s to design a new health care campus, said Sister Marie Madeleine Shonka, CEO of St. John’s.

“We are grateful to the W. M. Keck Foundation for its leadership grant, which is enabling St. John’s to design a new state-of-tomorrow health care campus,” said Sister Marie Madeleine Shonka, CEO of Saint John’s.

Tickets for the benefit are $200 per person.
