Getting Serious

Lance Winslow asks in the May 4 article: “How can you survive in California without a license?” Golly, gee, Lance, I haven’t had driving privileges for about four months now, and yet I still have a very productive life. I’d even bet there are a lot of people in California without cars. Maybe because they can’t afford them. Have you ever heard of a bus, a taxi or a bike? I feel sorry for Lance. He just doesn’t seem to get a grip on life, or for that matter, take it seriously. As for running for City Council in Thousand Oaks: Ha!
