Tivoli Industries Inc.: The Santa Ana designer and manufacturer of lighting products posted net income of $16,622, or less than 1 cent a share, for the second fiscal quarter, down 31% from the $24,069, or 1 cent a share, for the comparable quarter last year. Sales for the quarter ended March 31 increased 34% to $1 million from $772,571. Profit for the first half was $71,825, or 2 cents a share, down 7% from $77,104, or 3 cents a share, earned for the first half last year. Sales rose 17% to $2.1 million from $1.8 million.
