Highland, Calif.-based Kasler Holding Co. said it was awarded a $57.1-million contract by the California Department of Transportation to replace a 1 1/2-mile segment of the Cypress Freeway in Oakland. . . . Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. announced that its CRSS Constructors Inc. subsidiary is providing construction management services to the New Jersey Division of Building Construction to build a new correctional facility in Bridgeton, N.J.
