17 Die in Algerian Crash

TUNIS, Tunisia —
Seventeen people were killed Tuesday when a bus, loaded with workers, schoolchildren and women, collided head-on with a truck near the town of Saida, about 205 miles southwest of Algiers, the Algerian official news agency APS said.
