Gas Price Hike Averages 2.75 Cents a Gallon: The Lundberg Survey reported that the average overall price of gas, including self- and full-serve, stood at $127.69 a gallon in Friday’s survey of gasoline stations nationwide. The increase was virtually the same as the increase two weeks earlier. “It’s clear that most or all of the current increase relates to strong seasonal demand for gasoline,” industry analyst Trilby Lundberg said.
