UltraLink Inc.: The Costa Mesa health-care network manager has been selected by Coltec Industries, a New York engineering company, to manage its health benefits program. UltraLink, a subsidiary of FHP Inc. in Fountain Valley, will develop a network of health maintenance organizations to serve Coltec’s 10,000 employees in 15 states.

Coltec manufactures products for use in the aerospace and automotive industry in 15 states. The 4-year-old UltraLink company manages HMO plans for about 200,000 workers nationwide with annualized premiums of $200 million.
