FantaSports Inc.: The privately held Irvine company said Wednesday that it has entered into a tentative agreement to be acquired by Online Entertainment Inc. in Englewood, Colo., for cash and stock. Financial terms were not disclosed. William Junkin will continue as president and chief executive of FantaSports Inc. and oversee the launch of its national fantasy games, in which interactive participants receive prizes.
