Nona Morelli’s II Buys Into Two Macao Casinos

Nona Morelli’s II Inc., an Irvine operator of gambling casinos, said it acquired a 40% interest in two casinos in Macao, south of Hong Kong, for 32 million shares of common stock valued at about $35 million and a $3-million note to the owner, Ng Man Sun of Dragon Sight International Amusement Co.
