Security Environmental Systems Inc.: The Huntington Beach company said Wednesday that new management and a new board of directors have been elected following the resolution of a corporate control lawsuit. David L. Norris was named president and chief executive of Security Environmental, succeeding Ellen Batzel, who resigned. Norris is also president of WNH Investments L.L.C., the company that won its lawsuit in the Delaware Chancery Court.

The court validated stock sold to WNH and invalidated stock issued to Security Environmental board members and management. The court ruled that the company had taken improper actions for the purpose of defeating WNH’s challenge for control of the company. The new board of directors also elected Randall Gates as senior vice president and treasurer.
