Amplifier Shareholders to Vote on New Stock Plan

California Amplifier Inc., a Camarillo producer of television broadcasting equipment, is planning to change its stock option plan.
Shareholders will be asked to approve an amendment to the plan during the annual stockholders meeting to be held July 21.
Details of the amendment were not disclosed. Shareholders of record May 26 will be able to vote on the changed plan and on California Amplifier’s board of directors.
