BiCore Monitoring Systems Inc.: The Irvine manufacturer of patient monitoring systems said Monday that it has been acquired by Allied Healthcare Products Inc. in St. Louis for $4.7 million in cash. BiCore expects sales of approximately $3 million for the fiscal year ending June 30.
