U.S. Carrier, Supply Ship Collide in Gulf

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates —
The U.S. Navy aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln and a supply ship collided during a replenishment operation in the Persian Gulf on Monday and one person was slightly injured, a U.S. Naval Forces Central Command statement said.
It said the support ship Sacramento was transferring food and fuel to the carrier when they collided.
