CoCensys Inc.: The Irvine company said Thursday that it has completed a $12.1-million private placement of 3.7 million shares and 1.5 million warrants. CoCensys said it plans to use the proceeds primarily for the continuing development of its products for treating epilepsy, stroke and head trauma.
