Share

Port Hueneme police are offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of a 17-year-old boy wanted for shooting at another teen-ager last month.

The youth is suspected of firing several shots at the other teen-ager May 19 as he fled down the 1500 block of Park Avenue. The 18-year-old was not injured, but one bullet pierced his shirt, police said.

The alleged shooter was accompanied by an 18-year-old Port Hueneme man who turned himself in 30 minutes after the shooting.
