Italians Allow Berlusconi to Keep TV Networks: Former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi can continue to own three television stations, voters decided in a referendum, according to early projections. Final results will be known today. The most hotly contested question was whether to keep the 1990 law that allows Berlusconi’s Fininvest media company to have three national networks.
