Shopping Center Loan: Heller Financial Real Estate Services in Los Angeles has provided a $2.3-million loan to build a 91,000-square-foot shopping center on a nine-acre site at MacArthur Boulevard and Fairview Street in Santa Ana. The center will be anchored by a Ralphs grocery store. “We expect the dynamic growth of retail to lead Orange County’s recovery,” said Michael Lowinger, regional manager with Heller. . . . Northrop Corp. is selling 53 acres in Anaheim, one of the last freeway-visible sites in North County, for $21 million. The site is at 500 E. Orangethorpe Ave. in the Anaheim Redevelopment Zone.
