Allergan Inc.: The Irvine health-care company said Tuesday that its Brazilian subsidiary has purchased all the shares of Laboratorios Frumtost SA Industrias Farmaceuticas for an undisclosed amount. Frumtost’s medications include eye-care products and treatments for allergies, inflammation, hypoglycemia, coughs and colds.
