Binion Project
* I didn’t really understand why Laguna Beach was making such a fuss about Binion’s development until Beth Summerl showed the audience the videotape of Laguna Beach back yards that have completely washed away. Residents of Laguna Beach have legitimate safety concerns regarding the flooding problems that will surely be created by the Binion development. I hope that [Laguna Niguel] Mayor Mark Goodman will think about the catastrophic peril that threatens our neighbors below before approving such a massive project.
