Matros Is Chief Executive at Regency

Richard K. Matros, president of Regency Health Services Inc. in Tustin, has been appointed to the additional position of chief executive. He succeeds John W. Adams, who will remain chairman.

Matros has been president and chief operating officer since April, 1994. Regency operates 94 specialty health care facilities in California, Ohio, New Mexico and West Virginia.
