SRS Labs Inc.: The Santa Ana company said Wednesday that a Phoenix company has agreed to buy its computerized sound-reproduction technology. SC&T2; International Inc. will include SRS’s designs in products that allow computer users to play back and edit sounds as if they were using conventional stereo equipment. SRS’s computer components are designed to mimic expensive audio speakers. The company has also licensed the technology to movie studios and multimedia companies.
