Wonderware Corp.: The Irvine company said it has signed a major contract to sell computer programs for manufacturing to Reynolds Metals Co., based in Richmond, Va. The value of the contract was not disclosed. Wonderware executives said the contract covers a significant number of programs. The software will be used in aluminum and packaging manufacturing. Reynolds is the world’s third-largest producer of aluminum. Wonderware makes industrial software for desktop and network computers.
