Winners Entertainment Inc.: The San Juan Capistrano company said Thursday that the West Virginia Lottery Commission voted to renew the video lottery license of the company’s Mountaineer Park Inc. unit in Chester, W. Va. The company said the commission will reconsider the matter in 60 days if Mountaineer’s construction lender has not provided certain financial information previously requested by the commission. Winners Entertainment operates resorts offering live horse racing, simulcast video racing, off-track wagering and video lotteries.
