Source Scientific Inc.: The Garden Grove manufacturer of analytical and diagnostic instruments said Friday that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire a 20% stake in Lifestream Technologies Inc. Financial terms have not yet been negotiated, the company said. The agreement gives Source Scientific exclusive rights to provide production services for Lifestream’s cholesterol monitoring product line.
