Party Changes

Am I the only voter who is disturbed by the recent defections by supposedly Democratic representatives who fled like cowards to the Republican side? I think that all voters, whether they are Republican, Democrat, etc., demand truth in advertising. It is amusing to see the GOP embracing these deceitful thieves; they seem to have forgotten that Americans have had a longstanding hatred and disgust for turncoats, Benedict Arnolds and those who give aid and comfort to such dishonest rogues.

To ensure that voters will not be deceived in the future and their vote treated so vainly, there needs to be a law drafted that would compel a candidate to serve under the representative title from which he/she was elected--otherwise what point is there in voting?
