Creme in a Carton

At last--convenience creme caramel. It comes in a plastic mold topped with a sort of bulb full of caramel sauce--you pull off a foil seal, turn the custard out on a plate, lift up a plastic tab to release the caramel and wait 10 seconds before removing the mold. The texture is satiny and it comes in raspberry-peach and chocolate as well as caramel. Keep refrigerated. Total fat is 12 grams, saturated fat 7 grams. The Cafe Classics Gourmet Creme Dessert is available in most supermarkets.
