MPC Industries: The Irvine company, a leader in the polishing industry, said Thursday that it will form an alliance with Hoogovens NV, a Dutch steel and aluminum maker, and Kaiser Aluminum Corp. to build and market aircraft sheets. Hoogovens said the three companies will jointly develop the polished aircraft sheets. Terms of the deal were not released.
