Unocal Settles on El Segundo Headquarters: The oil company signed a 10-year lease at the Plaza at Continental Park office complex and will move a much-trimmed headquarters staff of 135 workers from its Downtown Los Angeles site to the new offices late in the year, ending protracted speculation about the new home of Unocal senior officers. Other employees from the current headquarters building, long a prominent Downtown fixture, will move to offices in Brea and Sugar Land, Tex.
