Comprehensive Care Corp.: The Newport Beach provider of health-care management services said Thursday that it has agreed to pay $2.15 million to the Internal Revenue Service and will pay $42,000 a month over the next five years to resolve remaining tax issues. The company, which at one point faced tax liabilities of $50 million, said the IRS payment is a major element in restructuring its debt. The company has lost a total of about $108 million since 1989.
