SANTA PAULA : New Clinic Offers Low-Cost Services
A low-income health care provider serving residents across western Ventura County has opened a clinic in Santa Paula.
Clinicas del Camino Real, a nonprofit organization based in Ventura, opened a site in Santa Paula on July 5 providing medical, psychological and psychiatric services.
Located at 500 E. Main St., the clinic provides low-cost services based on family income and size. Residents can pay as little as $11.50 for a doctor’s visit, said Roberto Juarez, who runs the chain of clinics.
In addition to Santa Paula, Clinicas del Camino Real has facilities in Fillmore, Oxnard, Saticoy, Ojai and Ventura. The chain plans to open a clinic in Port Hueneme in the fall, Juarez said.
