Hoag Memorial Fills 3 Positions of Vice Presidents

* Victoria Wilson has been named vice president of hospital services for Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in Newport Beach. She is in charge of several of the hospital’s major service lines, including Hoag Heart Institute, Hoag Cancer Center, imaging services, rehabilitation services and the clinical laboratory. Before joining Hoag, she was assistant administrator at St. Bernardine Medical Center in San Bernardino. Mary Kay Payne has been appointed vice president of planning and decision support. She supervises the collection and analysis of hospital, county and state data. Payne has been with the hospital for 11 years. In addition, Debra Spindel has been selected as vice president of practice management. She oversees physician office operations, billing information systems, accounting and financial analysis. Spindel previously served as administrator of the Newport-Huntington Medical Group, a 30-physician group managed by Hoag Hospital.
