Interlink Electronics, a Camarillo producer of computer pointing devices, has arranged to distribute its mouse units through the Circuit City retail chain.

The agreement marks Interlink’s entry into the consumer electronics super-store arena, says E. Michael Thoben III, Interlink’s chairman and chief executive.

He said the deal is the first of several such arrangements that Interlink hopes to make.

Products to be sold through the 330-store Circuit City chain include Interlink’s new RemotePoint cordless mouse, a hand-held mouse and a combination desktop-and-mobile mouse.
